First, it should be implemented in accordance with CECS125:2001, Technical Regulations for Building Water-Containing Plastic Pipes and Pipes.

Second, the plastic coated steel pipe should use the following construction machines:

(1) Cutting should be cut with a metal saw;

(2) The groove should be a special groove groove machine;

(3) The elbow should be cold-bent by a bender;

(4) Threading should be carried out by electric Threading Machine;

(5) Deburring and processing of the corner of the plastic coated steel pipe shall be processed by a file;

(6) Coating high-strength inorganic solvent liquid epoxy resin coating should use small brush or small toothbrush.

The plastic coated steel pipe construction procedure shall meet the following requirements:

(1) Plastic coated steel pipes should not be buried in reinforced concrete structural layers;

(2) Welding is prohibited in the installation of plastic coated steel pipe;

(3) The installation of plastic coated steel pipe should be gradually connected from large diameter to small diameter, and the pipe should be sealed in time;

(4) Plastic coated steel pipes are strictly prohibited from throwing and striking during transportation, loading and unloading and construction on site;

(5) When the plastic coated steel pipe is installed, the pipe bender may be cold-bent when the pipe diameter is not more than DN50, but the bending radius of curvature shall not be less than 8 pipe diameters, and the bending angle shall not be greater than 10°.
